📖 Interview with aruya a. ayo @ roth amm
The Human Behind the Books

Introduction
The Author, visionary writer, — aruya a. ayo @ roth amm is a voice where science meets soul. Known for works such as The Whispering Wisdom of Humanity, D’HUMANS, UNIQUE INDIVISIBLE, and I Hormone Homo Sapiens, his mission stretches far beyond the written page. Through philosophy, scientific insight, and poetic truth, he calls humanity toward health, justice, and unity.
In this conversation, he reflects on his inspirations, his writing journey, and the vision of One Humanity that drives his life’s work.

Q1. What first inspired you to write?
Answer:
I did not begin as a writer — I began as a witness. My work as a professor, researcher, and physician brought me face-to-face with both the science and the suffering of humanity. Writing became my way to translate what I saw and felt: to stitch memory into language, to turn breath into ink, and to remind us of who we are as humans.

Q2. Your books blend science, poetry, and philosophy. How do you bring these worlds together?
Answer:
Science gives us knowledge. Philosophy gives us perspective. Poetry gives us soul. For me, they are not separate — they are three voices of the same human truth. Whether I am writing about hormones, racial injustice, or the whispers of the soul, I try to weave accuracy with compassion, reflection with storytelling.

Q3. What is the core message of The Whispering Wisdom of Humanity?
Answer:
That humanity is always speaking — through our joys, our wounds, our silence. Every poem, every reflection in the book is an invitation to listen. To remember that before we are titles, diagnoses, races, or roles, we are human.

Q4. You often speak of HAHELOLI: Happy, Healthy, Long Life. What does it mean to you?
Answer:
HAHELOLI is more than a phrase. It is a philosophy of living. It means taking responsibility for our own well-being, finding balance between body, mind, and spirit, and creating space for joy. Health is the beginning of freedom, and freedom is the beginning of purpose.

Q5. What does One Humanity mean in your work?

Answer:

One Humanity is both a compass and anthem. It means recognizing that, beyond skin, gender, labels, religion, ideology, sexual orientation, culture, or creed, we share the same roots and the same destiny.
In my work, especially in D'HUMANS, I confront the distortions that divide us: the false categorization of races (since there is only one human race, nothing like white, black, mix, brown, red, yellow, colour, race etc., invention by the pseudoscientists of the 15th century), misconceptions about skin colour (which depends solely on the melanin produced as protection from the sun, depending on each person's geographic location), as well as racism, dehumanization, discrimination, generalization, and multiple forms of violence—including gender-based violence against women.
The skin, like any other organ of the body, does not determine personality or character: these depend on genes, not the amount of melanin. It is not true that someone is stronger, smarter, or more capable because of the colour of their skin.
Thus, One Humanity calls us to unity, dignity, and love.

Q6. Who inspires your writing and your life mission?

Answer:

My greatest inspiration comes from the vision of One Humanity: the unshakeable belief that we are indivisible. My loved ones are closest to my heart: my Queen Isabel, my beautiful "Baby Love"; my son Adrian, whom I call "Mr. President"; my precious gorgeous muse Carmen; my family; my beautiful princesses Laura, Valeria, Bella; my friends, even my enemies, although I don't think I have any, but it's possible they are hidden among my friends, according to Socrates (laughter). They embody love, hope, and the future.

Beyond them, I am inspired every day by those I serve and meet: patients seeking healing, students eager for knowledge, readers unafraid to ask difficult questions. Humanity itself, with all its struggles and beauty, is my greatest teacher.

Q7. For readers new to your work, where should they begin?
Answer:
If you seek health and balance, begin with The HAHELOLI Philosophy.
If you seek understanding of our human biology, begin with I Hormone Homo Sapiens.
If you seek justice and unity, begin with D’HUMANS, UNIQUE INDIVISIBLE.
If you seek soul and poetry, begin with The Whispering Wisdom of Humanity.
Each book is a different doorway, but all lead to the same house — a deeper understanding of ourselves and our shared humanity.

Q8. What is next for you and your readers?
Answer:
More books, yes, but also more conversations. I believe we must transform literature into living movements — into dialogue, education, and collective healing. My vision for aaaramm is not only as an author’s site, but as a sanctuary of wisdom and unity, where readers can engage, learn, and participate in the journey of One Humanity.

INTERVIEWS

“Humanity cannot be divided without being destroyed.”

— One Humanity

“All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.”

— Article 1, Universal Declaration of Human Rights

One Humanity. One Root.
One Destiny.

The Origin
Before names were given, before lines were drawn,
Were we not one beneath the sun?
Not skin, nor creed, nor walls of stone—
But breath and blood, a bond alone. From dust and stars, we took our flight,
Bound as kin in endless night.
Yet hands that built, soon broke apart,
Forgetting love, forsaking heart.

The Past
But history carved deep its chains,
On backs that bore a world in pain.
Whips cracked, fires burned, truth lay blind,
Buried beneath the sands of time. Walls were raised, the shadows grew,
Where once was light, the darkness flew.
Yet justice waits in whispered cries,
A phoenix set to rise, to rise.

The Present
Now we stand at fate’s great gate,
With knowledge vast, yet hearts still late.
We wield the fire, the tools, the key—
Yet still we choose captivity. Blinded by myths, by words untrue,
Forgetting the bond that forever grew.
But the echoes of unity call our name,
To break the cycle, to heal the pain.

ONE HUMANITY

The Future
A world reborn, where hands embrace,
No lines to sever, no separate place.
Where love is law, and peace our creed,
No soul in chains, no heart in need. No flags to fight, no race to claim,
No more the curse of hatred’s name.
A single song, a human voice,
To rise as one—our greatest choice.
The Mission
D’HUMANS calls, a beacon bright,
A flame of truth, a guiding light.
To break the myths, to cast away,
The lies that kept our world in chains. Will you rise, will you stand tall?
Or watch the echoes of justice fall?
For we are One—unique, yet whole,
A single breath, a single soul.
